Sophie is a Chinese Medicine practitioner with a double degree from RMIT in Chinese Medicine and Human Biology. She has been practicing Chinese Medicine for over 11 years at a mixture of Multi Modality, IVF support and, Natural Fertility based clinics in Melbourne and Geelong.

Her area of experience lies in assisting women on their hormonal journeys. Whether that be:

• Helping to regulate their cycles
• Supporting their pregnancy
• Supplementing them post birth
• She also enjoys treating Gut health, Anxiety/Depression, Sleep and Energy issues.

Sophie’s treatments are very relaxing; so anyone who is busy or stressed almost always walks out rather Zen! During a treatment Sophie will give Acupuncture, and if needed, Moxa, Cupping and Tuina Massage in addition. Those who would benefit also take home herbal medicine to continue their treatment from afar.

Although Sophie loves all things natural she strongly believes in the power of integrating her treatments with other modalities her clients need eg. GP’s, Psychologists and other Allied Health professionals.
