Remedial Massage Therapy is a very important aspect to our business. Massage creates circulation, promotes healing, relaxation and well-being.
Massage can alleviate pain and muscle dysfunction and generally makes you feel less pain. We treat a range of sports injuries and niggles, desk workers with postural problems, teens with growing pains, elderly for circulation, and general feel good therapy. Our therapists will perform remedial massage, but if requested, will provide a relaxation treatment.
