Joshua completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage at The Gordon in 2022 and has since dedicated his practice to helping clients restore postural balance, reduce pain, and move with greater ease.
Drawing on a wide range of techniques — including trigger point therapy, deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage, myofascial release, and adjunct tools such as cupping, gua sha, and dry needling — Josh delivers a therapeutic neuromuscular treatment style designed to:
- Calm the nervous system
- Relieve pain and tension
- Improve posture and mobility
- Support holistic health and wellbeing
Josh’s philosophy is simple: the body responds best when worked with, not against. He applies only the level of pressure your body can comfortably handle, ensuring you remain in a parasympathetic state — the nervous system’s “rest, digest, and repair” mode essential for true recovery.
Conditions Josh Can Support:
- Stress management
- Postural dysfunction
- Headaches and migraines

- RSI injuries (tennis & golfer’s elbow)
