Olivia Whitford completed her Health Science Degree in Clinical Myotherapy at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Melbourne. As a Myotherapist, Liv is able to access, diagnose, treat and help prevent musculoskeletal pain. Her treatments may include remedial massage techniques, dry-needling, myofascial release, stretching and prescription of corrective exercises.

Olivia is originally from country Gippsland and has moved to the Surf Coast about 16 years ago. She enjoys many sporting endeavors such as surfing, snowboarding, pilates, golf and hiking to name a few, and has developed a special interest in injury prevention and recovery. Her training in Melbourne also provoked an interest in assisting patients with postural issues, chronic pain and pre and postnatal musculoskeletal care.
